​ The company is willing to exchange / return the product within 7 days after receiving the product. The product and packaging must comply with the conditions set out below, otherwise the company reserves the right to exchange / return the product in any case.

1. Product does not match the order/ Wrong item received  The product must be unused, it must be in perfect condition.

2. damaged goods or cannot be used since receiving the product The cause must come from the product itself caused by manufacturing errors. or caused by transportation only

3. Products that are faulty from the product itself in use for no more than 7 days

4. To exchange / return the product, the customer must send the product back to the company within 7 days from the date of receiving the product according to the date of the shipping seal. If it exceeds the specified period, the company reserves the right to exchange / return the product in all cases.

5. can be exchanged or returned must be inspected by the company first in all cases

6. The company will take time to inspect the product in 2 - 7 working days (approximately) after the date of receiving the returned product from the customer.
